Crypto Invest Summit Founders Josef Holm and Alon Goren Launch Blockchain Investment Fund

Josef Holm and Alon Goren today announced the formation of Goren Holm Ventures (GHV), an investment fund and advisory group that will specialize in digital currency and blockchain startup financing.

Holm and Goren, who are the founders of the Crypto Invest Summit industry event, will invest in and incubate projects related to blockchain technology, crypto assets and marketing and/or servicing those products.

The conference, which is the West Coast’s largest cryptocurrency and blockchain event, will return this fall to Los Angeles.

Goren tells Blockchain Beach that hosting the biannual event and their community relationships will provide GHV with incredible access within the crypto and blockchain ecosystem.  “Josef and I have been personally investing and partnering on individual deals for years. We’re very excited to formalize this and have this vehicle to make an even bigger impact.”

Goren says that the announcement has been long overdue as they have been working on the fund’s investment deals and will soon announce their first major investment.

Holm and Goren have already lined up projects with Ran Neu-Ner, host of CNBC Africa’s popular show “Crypto Trader” and Founding Partner of OnChain Capital.  Adds Neu-Ner, “GHV is one of our favorite groups to co-invest and partner with. We can’t wait to announce some of our upcoming deals and projects together.”

Goren notes that the duo have unique financial technology backgrounds with track records of founding, building and launching companies for the crowdfunding and online investment space. “We will bring this experience into GHV and launch multiple Crypto focused startups,” he says.
